A Grate Replacement !

We have had the Zyliss cheese grater for many years 10?, and it has worked well for us. Recently It's been getting a little harder to grate the Parmigiano-Reggiano we love. On a whim, I went online to see if we could get a new and sharper Cylinder. We could and it's grate! sorry
Companies like Zyliss that have been around awhile and support their older products are to be savoured.

It was a perfect fit for my very old hand grater. It even looks a bit sturdier than the one that got crushed by the sinkerator.

This wonderfully sturdy cheese grater just needed a little fine-tuning. Once we got the replacements cylinder grater cylinder, It was as good as the day we bought it probably about 15 years ago!
