The BEST!

I have many knives that cost way more than they should. This knife is my total go-to knife. Great hand feel, super sharp, large enough to use on large heads of lettuce, cabbage and cuts of meat. I would love a sheath for this knife.

Great Knife

This knife is wonderful! It has a nice sharp blade and I love the way it feels in my hand. I also like that is has an easy place to put your thumb and index finger at the front of the handle when you are doing fine chopping or slicing.

8 Chefs Knife Warranty Replacement.

Have never had a knife that held an edge as good as this knife. Unfortunately the handle had cracked. I sent pictures and a warranty replacement form to Zyliss and the knife was promptly replaced. This is a good company that sells great knives and honors their warranty
