I have used zyliss products for a long time and was happy.
However, this can opener which i had soon after it was on the market never function the way the you video shows.

Problem: unable to lift the can after the use of the can opener and the edge of the can is itself is rough after the use of the can opener.
So, clearly I am disappointed because the first of can opener was after the warranty period and therefore can't return it.

Worst can opener ever

I thought by spending $$ on a can opener and buying a good brand would result in a quality can opener. It is useless, after a lot of messing around finally got lid off. Just wasted $39 Aus . Don't waste your money!!

difficult to use

We have had this about a year, buying it because I unwisely thought an expensive device would work well and last a long time, as had our previous can opener. Both my husband and I have had great difficulty getting it to work on various cans (thank goodness for ring pulls on many foods!).
