Everything about these knives is wonderful. They are very sharp and accurate and handy. I use the paring knife and serrated every day Love the serrated for cutting sandwiches. The peeling one is new for me and I haven't used it yet, but I am sure it will hit all the bells. I ordered two sets and gave one to a friend. She echoes my feelings. I look forward to many more purchases in the future. Thanks for coming into my kitchen.
