Spatchcock Chicken

Best way to Spatchcock a chicken Very quick and sharp. Plus they come apart for easy and complete clean up. A lot of other scissors will cut but if the don't disassemble for cleaning they are useless for chickens and cant be sanitized. I love Zyliss and will buy again if needed and recommend them to others

The tight construction makes it possible to do fine work and also heavy duty cutting. Comfortable in the grip and well designed

Zyliss Kitchen/Poultry Shears

Above shears purchased at a K-Mart groceries included a 5 year warranty. Shears worked well for approximately a 6 month period and the haves loosened and the spring broke. Attempts were made to try to replace the broken spring and tighten the halves. with no results. If customer assist were available, these problems could be solved.
