My original Zyliss Can opener had an issue with the locking mechanism. I reached out to Zyliss to inquire about a warranty replacement and they were very quick and responsive and I was able to order a full replacement of this can opener - BTW, did I mention that this can opener is outstanding, especially for those who may have arthritis or other dexterity issues - this can opener locks onto a can and is VERY easy to use compared to all others. Again, I love Zyliss and how easy they make their warranty service and for that reason, I will look at more Zyliss products. I've recently had issues with companies not standing behind their products and Ill be using this info in my purchase decisions in the future!
I've been a fan of the knifes for a while. However, this has been the best handheld can opener I have used. My daughter and I had to test it as soon as it arrived and now she wants one for her home.
